About

From a tech-tinkering kid in Dhaka to running production AI for a global hosting portfolio

I grew up taking apart broken phones and reading IT magazines, and never really stopped. That curiosity became a B.Sc. in Information & Communication Engineering at the Bangladesh University of Professionals, where I led the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador community, ran workshops, and launched a mentorship program, and then a competitive U.S. State Department scholarship (the Community College Initiative) that took me to Valencia College in Florida, where I completed a cloud computing program summa cum laude.

Since then I've managed Fortune 500 programs in talent acquisition and cybersecurity at a Silicon Valley firm, led product support operations at Microsoft across Azure, Copilot, M365, and Sentinel, as one of the youngest operations leads in the organization, and now architect agentic AI systems at hosting.com. Most of what I engineer today is about making AI reliable at scale: API routing, caching strategy, latency management, and how agentic workloads behave under high concurrent load.

My long-term ambition is Principal Solutions Architect: owning the foundational designs that shape how global organizations scale. Every complex environment I optimize today is a deliberate step toward that.

ChatGPT Mastery for BRAC's MEAL Department

When BRAC, the world's largest NGO, subscribed its Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) department to ChatGPT, it went to the market for expertise to turn that license into real analytical capacity. The engagement was awarded through BRAC's competitive procurement (RFP BPD/2025/RFP-2456) and delivered under Community Development for Peace, with me as lead trainer and curriculum architect for the two-day intensive in Dhaka.

  • Designed the seven-module curriculum end to end and authored three proprietary training decks: "Introduction to AI and ChatGPT", "Prompt Engineering: The Core Skill", and "Advanced ChatGPT Techniques"; developed an original CRTF prompt framework (Context, Role, Task, Format) and structured Module 2 around four live experiments (single-chat, fresh-chat, custom-instructions, and full CRTF formula) so participants observed directly how context and structure change AI output, rather than following prescriptive rules
  • Delivered three sessions: AI foundations (AI vs ML vs deep learning distinctions, ChatGPT capabilities and hallucination risks, BRAC-specific do's and don'ts for sensitive programme data); prompt engineering (six MEAL-specific prompt types: informational, analytical, creative, comparative, step-by-step, and reflective; live four-experiment CRTF lab); and advanced techniques (role-based prompting, chain-of-thought reasoning as an output-verification tool, workflow integration as Research Assistant and Drafting Partner, Custom GPT discovery from the GPT Store)
  • Built three specialist role personas into the advanced module so MEAL staff could retrieve expert-grade framing directly from the model: MEAL Expert (monitoring framework evaluation, programme effectiveness analysis, accountability reporting), Policy Analyst (policy gap identification, advocacy strategy formulation), and Disaster Management Specialist (rapid assessment tools, risk and vulnerability analysis); every persona was practiced on live tasks including KII and FGD guide drafting, indicator formulation, field-note analysis, and narrative dashboard design
  • Co-taught with a Joint District and Session Judge so participants left with both applied skill and a grounding in responsible use under Bangladesh's legal framework (ICT Act 2006, Digital Security Act 2018, RTI Act 2009)
  • Co-led the graded final assessment in which every participant produced a complete AI-assisted MEAL report; the engagement closed with formal certification, inception reporting, and a completion report submitted to BRAC
